1. Introduction and Acceptance

• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event market.

• Engaging in money laundering, match fixing, or any other activity that constitutes financial crime under Bangladeshi or international law.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

kt33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion if any of the following circumstances arise:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any activity that poses a financial or reputational risk to kt33.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.

Upon termination, any pending withdrawal requests that were submitted before the suspension will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. kt33 is not obligated to pay out any funds associated with accounts found to have engaged in fraudulent or prohibited activity.
